Payment Methods
We accept payments online by Visa, MasterCard,
Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Switch and Delta.
Website Security
Orders placed via our website are encrypted with
a 128-bit SSL connection. Please check the web
address begins with https:// when going through to
the checkout. This ensures that your connection is
secure.
Payment by Cheque or BACS
If you
would like to pay by any other method please call us
on 0870 033 9640.
Delivery Information:
We will aim to despatch your
goods the same day if ordered before 3pm and in
stock. Please allow up to 5 working days for
delivery. Workzone will only despatch goods once we
have received full payment. We despatch all orders
by Initial City Link or DPD. Smaller
orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.
Please note there will be a
surcharge for non-mainland UK and Northern Ireland
deliveries. Please call us prior to placing the
order.
Free Delivery applies to all
orders exceeding £100 (Excluding VAT) and not
exceeding 40kg when ordered online only.
Missed Deliveries
If you have missed our delivery then please call
the number on the reverse of the green card to
arrange either pickup or delivery of your goods from
your local depot.
Palletised freight
Items too heavy or large to be transported by
standard shipment will be sent by pallet. If this is
the case for your order, you will receive a freight
quote. You will need to provide assistance for
unloading individual items over 30kg.
Items requiring assembly
Certain items may need assembly prior to use. All
machinery must be fuelled and oiled prior to first
use. Hydraulic items may need bleeding or refuelling
on receipt. Ordering of these items is on the
understanding that the purchaser is competent or has
employed someone competent to complete these tasks.

collections
Unfortunately we cannot allow collections or
viewings as some of our products may not be in stock
or despatched directly from the manufacturer.
Due to logistical problems beyond
our control, delivery to certain parts of the UK may
take longer than advertised. |
