is a division of Welwyn Tool Group Ltd.
Welwyn Tool Company was
formed in 1952 by Mr Robert Berman when the
relationship with Karl Leister was forged and a new
distribution network starting
in the UK for the LEISTER product range began. The
company changed management in the early 1980's when
Mr Thomas Berman took the reigns as Managing
Director and helped pioneer LEISTER across new and
emerging markets.
Welwyn Tool Company became Welwyn Tool Group in 2005
after Mr Berman announced his retirement and a
management buyout was put into effect by the key
personnel of the old company.
Welwyn Tool Group continues to support its customers
with a high level of pre and post sales service and
support, achieved by a team of dedicated engineers
providing application advice and consultation,
on-site demonstrations and technical support. With
top quality products available via overnight
deliveries through a network of specialist
distributors, Welwyn Tool Group is best placed to
assist you with all your hot air source
requirements.
Our Satisfaction Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you
are not satisfied, you can return your items
provided they are unused and in their original
packaging. Outbound delivery charges will not be
refunded. Call or write within 30 days of purchase
for authorisation to return or exchange your
unwanted goods. See 'Returns procedure' for more
information. Faulty items can be returned at any
time during their warranty period (see below).
Returns Procedure
Please call us if you would like to arrange a return
to us. A minimum 20% restocking fee plus VAT will be
charged if items are found to be either used, carry
a different serial number or are in poor condition.
Items returned, at your expense, are still your
responsibility while they are in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Items damaged in transit can be returned provided
you have signed for the consignment as DAMAGED or
UNCHECKED and notify us within 24 hours of receipt
(please have your packing slip to hand when you call
the number above). Faulty items can be returned at
any time during its warranty period. Please ensure
items are suitably packed and ready for collection.
Items delivered on a pallet will need to be
palletized when collected. Return packaging is the
responsibility of the customer.
Un-refundable used items
Certain items cannot be refunded by Workzone if they
have been used, due to Health & Safety restrictions.
Items covered under this Un-Refundable Used Items
condition, include ALL items from our Food
Preparation and Pest Control ranges. If you are
unsure about whether or not the item you are about
to purchase, or have purchased, falls under this
Un-Refundable Used Items condition, then please call
Workzone for clarification.
